Shipping & Returns
Once we receive your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship. We ship via UPS. The actual delivery time may vary depending on shipping address, courier availability, weather, holidays schedule, etc.
Shipping is available within the U.S. only. No international shipping is available at this time.
We don’t ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO and DPO destinations.
We accept returns on damaged or defective products only. To start the return process, please submit the Return Authorization Request in writing within 30 days of shipping delivery. All return requests must be approved to be accepted. Please note used items are not eligible to be returned. Full Circle is not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.
